» Delivery
Any Item offered is based on Delivery to Your place. In other words You order at www.TITANEX.com hassle free, no worries on shipments, exports or transportation. You just have to unpack the Goods once they arrived at Your place. It is possible to deliver to Your nearest Seaport, Airport for Your forwarder to take over. Titanex uses and operates according to the Incoterms.
» Pricing
All prices outside Switzerland and Germany quoted are exclusive VAT. All orders are subject to calculated currency rates. All items offered are on a first come first served base. Packaging and Freight is usually included otherwise clearly stated.
» Payment Terms
Repeating customers who have passed the credit approval are given a 30 days net payment term. All other customers are offered a full down payment at time of order. Different payment terms can be agreed upon and need confirmation of the management.
» Traceability
All products sold are traceable for at least 10 Years after sold. Certificates, Heat Numbers and Documents are kept in different locations for security reasons. We may agree upon a period of up to 30 Years. Titanex follows and uses the ISO 9001 procedure. Please ask for your copy.
» Guarantee
Our aim is to ensure total satisfaction for our customers in providing products of high quality and good value. In the event that a customer is not pleased with any of our products supplied, then we will arrange a full refund, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days in good condition, and with all packaging and contents intact as originally supplied.
» Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 week. Except for customized products (made to order). The cancellation fee is min 15% of confirmed value. Min. 200 USD.
» Jurisdiction
For Contracts with Customers in Germany:
Contracts are only valid on written conditions. Any changes need our written confirmation.
Agreements and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be constructed and interpreted in accordance with the law of Germany.
Customer's courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For Contracts with Customers in Switzerland:
Contracts are only valid on written conditions. Any changes need our written confirmation.
Agreements and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be constructed and interpreted in accordance with the law of Switzerland.
The courts in Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
